How do I book a stay with Paradise Gateway Vacation Rentals?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates and property. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully processed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made 8 to 14 days before check-in will incur an 80% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs. Guests may reschedule their stay without penalty within 12 months, subject to availability.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out after an inspection of the property.
How do I modify or reschedule my booking?
If you need to modify or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 12 months of the original check-in date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely via Stripe.
Do you charge any additional fees?
Additional guests added after check-in will be charged $15 per guest. A cleaning fee may apply depending on the property. Late check-outs or early check-ins may be subject to extra charges.

If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Disputes regarding payments or refunds should be addressed through our official customer support.
