Fulfillment & Refund Policy

At Paradise Gateway Vacation Rentals LLC, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent booking experience. This Fulfillment & Refund Policy outlines how reservations are processed, fulfilled, and refunded.

Booking Confirmation & Order Fulfillment

  • A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Guests will receive a confirmation email containing booking details, check-in/check-out times, and any relevant policies.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

  • Booking modifications or special requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed via email.

  • Upon successful payment, guests will receive a confirmation email containing booking details, check-in instructions, and policies. Check-in details, including access codes or key retrieval instructions, will be provided within 24 hours of arrival. Guests who do not receive check-in information should contact us immediately."

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexible cancellation and refund options. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

 

Free Cancellation:

 

  • Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
     

Partial Refunds:

 

  • Cancellations made 8 to 14 days before check-in are subject to a cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking amount.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

 

  • Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early check-outs.

 

​Non-Refundable Reservation:

  • Non-Refundable Reservations: Some reservations, such as promotional or discounted stays, may be labeled as non-refundable at the time of booking. If a booking is non-refundable, guests will not be eligible for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling."

 

Rescheduling Policy:

​

  • If a guest cancels but wishes to reschedule their stay, we will waive the cancellation fee and retain their payment.

  • The new booking must be for the same number of nights and must be scheduled within 12 months of the original check-in date.

  • Any seasonal rate differences will apply.

 

Refund Processing Time:

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Guests will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

Payment Processing & Fees

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct at the time of booking.


​All listed rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees, which may be added at checkout. Guests are responsible for any required local occupancy taxes as mandated by law.

Security Deposit & Incidental Charges

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Guests must return keys or access cards at check-out. A replacement fee may apply for lost keys.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Guests agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

  • In the event of a chargeback dispute, we reserve the right to provide evidence to our payment processor to contest the claim.

  • Repeated chargebacks or payment fraud may result in blacklisting from future bookings.

  • ​By completing a booking, guests agree to first attempt resolution with us before initiating a chargeback dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested, and repeated chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from future bookings

Force Majeure Policy

We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
 

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics or emergencies

  • Acts of God
     

In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation, guests will have the option to receive a credit for a future stay or a partial refund at our discretion. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the nature of the event and how far in advance the cancellation occurs.​
